Find The Loch Ness Monster aka Fisher Lagoon also known as Sea Monster? It started in 2005-6 when many player reported seeing Black Weird Lines in the water, or the head an neck resembling the Spicer Photo.
The most common spotting area for this creature is "Fisher's Lagoon","North of Los Santos (LS)" where the abondoned blood Wheelchair can be found and also claimed to have seen this in South LS Other places where they said the monster could be found is in the "San Fierro Bay, around the Gant Bridge", and in the Ghost Lake in Back of Beyond.
