A Mini DI submarine isstored there,& off shore a No. of army Nuclear Waste barrels may be gathered for easy cash money.Inverted version of the Blue-print map with all hidden cool things markings.The map shows locations for easy cash, safe-houses,top custom rides,ID armoured cars & army Nuclear wastes barrels in the ocean requring a sub-mersible to retrieve. The map is also filled with a bevy of awesome hidden message & symbols, only visible on the Original Blueprint Map with the use a "UV Light".
